Paper frescoes by Jo Lynn Alcorn for Perrier-Jouët.
These lovely frescoes were created for the 200 year anniversary of legendary French Champagne-maker Perrier-Jouët
Paper artist Jo Lynn Alcorn was tasked to create paper frescoes inspired by both nature and cuvees. Being an adept of Art Nouveau Mrs. Alcorn interpreted nature in a Perrier-Jouët’s aesthetic and created elaborated frescoes of hand-cut paper.
Alcorn worked with images of the Perrier-Jouët house and its bottles in her Connecticut studio quickly cutting from white Canson paper, forming flowers, vines, fruits, and the typography for Perrier-Jouët by hand, says White Wall.
