— Sagaki Keita’s Drawings

Sagaki Keita‘s work may simply look like recreations of the usual, old classics.

But as you step closer, you’ll see that each one is actually composed of compressed, manically-drawn doodles and iconic commercial characters. This unexpected tongue-in-cheek hybrid is as a direct result of Keita’s childhood love of comics and graffiti. Each is drawn directly onto paper—without a single draft being done—with just a 0.38 mm pen – one can only imagine how many pens have been used to produce these!
