A Top Nike Designer Rebrands Game Of Thrones
Nike Brand Design rock star Darrin Crescenzi, has created everything from the Nike Fuel gauge to the U.S. Men’s Olympic Basketball uniforms. It seems that in his spare time he has also got hopelessly addicted to George R.R. Martin’s fantasy series Game of Thrones.
This has led him to re-brand the the ‘kingdom’s noble families’ who violently fight ‘for control of the Iron Throne; as the series opens, additional threats from the snow and ice covered region north of Westeros and from the eastern continent, Essos, across a narrow sea are simultaneously beginning to rise.’
I’ll be honest – I have no idea what Game of Thrones is – it is Marc’s guilty pleasure. So I’m actually just taking descriptions from Wikipedia – ‘Game of Thrones is a medieval fantasy television series created for the U.S. channel HBO by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. It is an adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire, George R. R. Martin‘s series of fantasy novels, the first of which is titled A Game of Thrones.’
