It was my birthday on Tuesday, and no one – NO ONE AT ALL! – bought me any of these vintage cameras:
The first is a Falz & Werner studio camera from Leipzig made in 1900.
The second is a wooden Krauss & Cie roll film camera, produced between 1900 and 1914.
The third and fourth cameras are both Krauss Rollette Luxus models, produced between 1924 and 1930 and made in Stuttgart, Germany.
The fifth is a Zeiss Ikon Vitessa 500AE from 1969, and also produced in Stuttgart, Germany… …I could perhaps even afford this one.
The sixth camera is Kenneth Grange’s Brownie Vecta camera made by Kodak from 1964 (which was of course so many embryonic photographer’s first camera).
