Florence Henri (1893-1982) was a photographer and artist. She grew up in Europe and studied in Rome, where she met the futurists, then in Berlin and in Paris with Fernand Léger and Amédée Ozenfant, and finally at the Dessau Bauhaus before returning to Paris where she started with photography.

At first this amused me, then I thought about the number of images that I – and everyone else I know – take on their iPhones.
Well, Kensington and Chelsea College in southwest London have become the first college to offer a class in iPhone photography named “iPhoneography: An Introduction to Photography with the iPhone.”
