The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts in New York have announced that they plan to sell their entire collection of the artist’s work this year in order to raise money and support the visual arts by making donations to museums.

The legendary Diana Vreeland (1903–1989), also known as “High Priestess of Fashion,” greatly influenced fashion and style from 1936, when she became a fashion editor at Harper’s Bazaar. Vreeland established herself as a controversial visionary with an astonishing ability to invent and discover fashion ideas, designers, personalities, and photographers. She was a memorable writer with a vivid personality and a talent for coining aphorisms. 
The new owners of Battersea Power Station say their £8bn revamp of the site will begin in 2013, ending more than 25 years of speculation over the future of the London landmark.
