At the end of 2004, The English Group entered a number of projects into the Cream Awards and achieved recognition at the ceremony with a grand total of six Awards - two Golds, three Silvers and one Bronze. In addition, just two weeks later The English Group was awarded an 'Agency Of The Year' Award at Adline Magazine’s Annual Dinner and Review Of the Year.

The two Gold Awards were for a brochure created for Tiggy Twilight – the retail venture launched by The London Hat House – and a self initiated project entitled Press Book. Its predecessor, Printed Matter, has also won a number of design industry awards including three at the 2003 Cream Awards, a Gold Award at the 2003 Premier Papers Awards, and recognition as one of the Brochures Of The Year in the 2003 Creative Review Annual.

The English Group also received three Silver Awards for projects completed for Tiggy Twilight (for corporate identity/stationery), for Herman Miller (promotional brochure) and for a brochure completed for Peter Gabriel’s tour management company Real World Tours Ltd. The Herman Miller Global Customer Solutions brochure also received a Bronze Award for its typography.
