Citerion Collection’s revisiting of the film poster art for classic 1974 movie The Night Porter.
The US based Criterion Collection is akin to a university of film, and their DVD editions of cult and key movies are always the most comprehensive possible; both in terms of accompanying documentaries and other associated extras and the quality of the film transfer itself.
The packaging of the DVd’s is always top notch, and some of the designs are truly superlative. I will post a wider example of their alternative poster or film marketing art soon.
